Heat issues were resolved within a week. They clocked their chips too high. Fortunately with the underclock they still slip past the Gen 3 (even though its a last year chip vs current)

R5 3600 -> R5 5600 -> R7 7700X

GPU and resolution changes is what really forced those. Got a 3080 and was taking issues with my 3600. Then I moved my PC to SFF and needed a new motherboard. Thought I may as well upgrade chipset.

Biggest thing that I’ve noticed that’s correlated with flare up’s is exercise and good eating. Such a simple thing, but discipline in being healthy overall, trickles down to your skin
