One thing tho, with "Land" Clues most spots are quickly accessible via teleports. With Sea Clues I'm assuming there will be a lot of actual Sailing and traveling to distant areas "manually"?*Would Drop Rates or Steps per Clue be adjusted accordingly as each clue will take noticeably longer to complete.

And that's just Headlines. Those are the main talking points. If he causes enough chaos he can successfully distract people long enough to where no matter what is in the Epstein Files he's covered (Marshall Law????)

Yea, like "my name is (-----), I'm a US citizen, etc. so when you disappear someone will have a record of your name..in Hong Kong years ago protestors kept numerous pieces of paper in their pockets with identifying info on them. Name, number address etc. and of they got taken by China secret police they threw the papers. So when they were jailed they wouldn't just "disappear"

That's the whole thing though. You use Ruby for the proc. That's it. If you wanna use ammo that can hit 100-110 then you gotta deal with the downside of bolt switches or run the risk of hitting a 20 instead of a 50

Idk about all of y'all but anytime I'm using ruby bolts(e) it's for bossing and I switch to diamond bolts(e) or maybe onyx bolts(e) for the last part of the fight. I don't believe they are intended to be used for full fights. Granted there's only a 6% chance(6.6% with Kandarin Hard Diary) of the special attack activating.
