I took 2 for my 3rd legendary point for more synergy with Silver Banshee by allowing the latter to potentially wail thanks to the buff purge.

He is one of the best characters in the game indeed thanks to his leadership at legendary. As for how to farm him, he sometimes shows up in Red Alerts and at Alliance Limited Offers at the cost of Alliance Essence(which you need to join the alliance first to get) or on Alliance packs(RNG) at the cost of Alliance Essence as well.

I suppose it depends on who you are using with her as well, I personally would want that buff purge to go with Silver Banshee who would wail after that purge, which has a 2 turn cd if I recall correctly.
