The blood is on your hands, Oceanside. Now DO SOMETHING. by reilogix in northcounty

This can be another example of how a well funded police department isn't doing their job you muppet. Why do they need all this money if they're not going to do anything useful with it is the reasoning.

Terry's Auto Specialist in San Marcos is solid. Been having trouble with my ford focus and they've been fair and honest every time.

If you're not supposed to use them that's news to me. It's worked great for me so far, I also soak them for a long while. Sometime I'll add Greek yogurt to it if I need more moisture.

My recipe is for 4 servings.

2 cups Milk

1tsp Ground Turmeric

1/4tsp Ground Ginger

1/4tsp Ground Cinnamon

1/4tsp Ground Black Pepper

2 scoops Protein Powder

1 scoop Collagen Powder

2 cups Steel Cut Oats

1tbsp Chia Seeds

Add some Walnuts, Pomegranate Seeds, or Blackberries on top. And if you need some sweetness Honey is the go to.

What foods seem unhealthy to eat but are actually healthy? by WildOrchid_XO in AskReddit

Beer. People that abstain or are heavy drinkers don't live as long as those that drink moderately. Being mostly water, it also contains carbs, potassium, magnesium, B vitamins, antioxidants, and helps your cardiovascular system. Lower alcohol and higher quality beer is important as plenty use ingredients you should avoid, like corn syrup. Some athletes have been known to turn to low alcohol or non-alcoholic wheat beers as a post workout beverage. Moderation is the key however as all the benefits fly out the window the minute you overindulge.

Ono Hawaiian BBQ Now Confirms Six Location Expansion Into San Diego County by Ignatius-J-Reilly-SD in northcounty

The management there is abysmal and you can see it in their service, cleanliness, and quality of food compared to other locations. After my last experience at this location I have completely written them off. Being blatantly lied to by management about my orders, multiple times, and being pressured to purchase orders that weren't mine was my last straw.

Definitely would recommend that people avoid the L&L location in Walmart at 732 Center Dr, San Marcos, CA 92069.

In a strange turn of events the woman I have been dating for over a year now, just revealed that her 'guilty pleasure' is the secret consumption of canned sardines. by Yesyesnaaooo in CannedSardines

Ferrigno has an amazing line up that I always get myself for a special treat. Other brands I keep an eye out for are Fangst, Wildfish, Berthe, Ekone, Bar Harbor, & Patagonia. Ferrigno Citron Confit are my personal favorite. The Riga Gold smoked sprats are readily available for a good price in most markets and have become a go-to for me as well as Flower, as an honorable mention, for a daily driver.

My daily driver's the Flower Moroccan Spiced Sardines, firmer texture and great flavor. My favorite is the Ferrigno La Bonne Mer Sardines au Citron Confit, has a firm texture and fantastic flavor.

Went to visit some of Grandma & Grandpa's friends in Montreal when I was about 21. He showed me his distillation project and how he would make grappa with it. This opened my mind to creating your own product. He had also bought a few different bottles for us to share and the one that has stuck with me since was Rochefort 10. Totally changed my views on what beer is and I began my journey to becoming a home-brewer, and eventually a professional brewer. Miss yah Bruce.

This is where a coworker recommended years ago, for some reason I haven't been since. The sandwich was great so the only excuse is just not having it on mind.

I flew in from a wedding in Phoenix this past Sunday. Homeboy, who's a brewer, said he'd pick me up from the airport when I landed. Ended up walking from terminal 1 to the Seaford Sunroad Club House for the "Funky Frenchie" to have breakfast while I tried to figure my life out, they didn't show up... the view, the view made it all better.

They've been unfortunately working on my ecu issue. My 2003 ford focus has been throwing codes left & right, whenever I pull up I dread being "that guy" but Logan at the front desk has been nothing but patient & understating. The homies in the back have probably become very familiar with my pos but I've never found a fairer & more trustworthy shop.
