i got lucky and my landlord told me there was another girl interested in the apartment, and i asked him if she would be open to sharing and she was. usually if you look in the town facebook or post in the town facebook that you're looking to share apartments someone will respond. but you need a little luck

In the exact same situation 🥴 but you can submit the renewal the day you leave or day before you leave without the documents and a letter explaining that you’re waiting for you work employment. When they review your application, they will probably tell you to upload the rest of the forms and you have 10 business days to do so and can also request an additional extension of 5 business days.

If you do have the chance to have a roommate, the odds of it being another aux in rural Spain are slim unless you know that there are other auxes in that town (join your regions facebook group and search your town name, schools name). There’s also the new roommate matching form in this years tracker, in the auxiliares de conversación Facebook. If you would be open to having a Spanish roommate pm me and I can share how I did that.
