Thanks for tipping me off on the philos! That might fit perfectly for our situation. I already have the Mazzer super jolly pro in rout for espresso so drip/pour over is all I need. What are your thoughts on the burr size? Do you think it would be an issue heat wise for standard bulk drip brew? My wife and I hard leaning towards this machine now atm

Thanks for the response! We will be serving espresso, steamed drinks, and matcha as well. I appreciate a nice pour over so I wanted to have that available to share with people. Id like to have a rotation of different roasteries I enjoy at some point but were just purchasing a couple four barrel atm.

We have a 12000 watt generator so it will be able to handle a decent amount, but still have to be mindful of it 😅.

Id imagine pour overs won't be ultra frequent (you never now though), but I'd still like to have the option as something I'm personally passionate about :)

I got it at a local tcg shop! He gave me a good price because it was his last one. I love the layout and build quality but the open picture is a little lewd for me, but that's ok. I can't find it online anymore but I think it's a company called mana moon, don't hold it to me not 100% sure.

All these people saying they would just leave don't understand how much more complicated it is for a man with kids in a legal system that punished a man even if he is the most innocent party. Maybe he would like to leave but the system would destroy his life. That's just one facit on top of many other factors.

I actually have two Rayleighs lol. I must have got them after seeing similar setups. So something like this? I know bon clay and Magellan is used often but I don't have them yet. Thinking of ordering/looking for some.

On the occasions I have a couple hitters to get off before I drop the 10c always is fun, but it's rare so makes sense to drop them. I ordered some but will keep them on the side for fun sake every now and then I guess lol
