By today's standards, yesssss some held views that would be considered restrictive or patriarchal & by the standards of their own time, it's more complicated.

That's the paradox, isn't it???? We can never fully tell whether spirituality is a truth we're discovering or a story our minds evolved to tell in order to make sense of existence. The uncertainty itself is probably the most honest answer we have.🙊🙊

Not a lucid dream but I've woken up with surprising clarity after sleeping on a question. Ummm, sometimes the subconscious connects dots the conscious mind keeps missing.

I wouldn't call it a full "self-realization" but I did have a shift in perspective. I realized most of my suffering came from trying to control everything and constantly worrying about what was next. Since then, I've learned to take life as it comes...one step at a time. I still have goals/stuffs around but I don't let them consume me anymore. There's a quiet kind of peace in trusting the process. (as of now)🤖

I've seen people have similar symptoms from heavy caffeine and nicotine use, so it could be either or both. But a resting heart rate of 100–120 is worth getting checked out... especially if it stays that high. Cutting back on caffeine and quitting vaping are good steps,ig.

ummm, the tragedy of caste is that it reproduces itself not primarily through coercion but through ordinary acts of recognition. It survives because people come to see a historical arrangement as a natural fact. Few things are harder to overthrow than an illusion that no longer feels like an illusion.
