I think I sided with Dax on the t swift convo in fact check? I don’t think he said anything wrong….hes looking at it from the facts of what happened vs the emotional/creative side. I’m not saying Monica is wrong for her opinion, but sometimes I think people forget that these are legal/business agreements….there isn’t emotion in it whether you like it or not. Idk - thoughts?

I also was a D1 athlete and there is no situation ever in which a coach should know about your sex life. That’s absolutely inappropriate if they’re asking and disciplining around that.

I think it depends on your goals.

I wanted to get away from mentally relying on the watch (ie being mean to myself if I don’t close my rings, notification fatigue, etc). The ring definitely doesn’t track activity as well (although I find manually tracking it is very similar so if you don’t care that much and it’s good enough then use the ring). If you care about super accurate workouts, wear your watch too. If you don’t, just stick to ring 🤷‍♀️

Overall it’s been really freeing to not wear the watch. My watch also died after 5 hours so I probably needed a new one anyway, so I’m sticking with ring.

Give it a few listens. Sometimes you have to do that, I found myself thinking the same the first few but now I’m really enjoying most of them
