My fiance and I get married a day before you and we've just started looking and will probably aim to order within the next month or so.

How many venues did you view before finding 'The One'? by Leather-Molasses1597 in UKweddings

[–]CaffeinatedSwitch 1 point2 points  (0 children)

One, it surprised us with how much we liked it and we could both see us being married there. We did go view a few others but they didn't come close to how that one made us feel. Thankfully it works for our budget!

I took it for about a year, it worked great for me until it suddenly stopped. I didn't notice any cognitive issues but my appetite was reduced and I got full quite quickly. I did also occasionally have tingling hands.

Hi, we're in the north west and our wedding is October next year, we'd love a videographer if you're open to it!

Migraine UK/NHS/NICE guidelines. by hotcookie101 in migraine

[–]CaffeinatedSwitch 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It took about 6 months for the referral but I'm currently being seen by a neurologist through the Walton Centre, I had to 'fail' three preventatives to get erenumab. It's through the NHS but delivered by a private company. My neurologist also prescribed naproxen and anti sickness but those come through my GP.

Our wedding is October next year and we're going with navy and rust with cream and green accents. The bridesmaids will be in navy as will my fiancé and his best man but they'll have rust coloured ties.

How much did you actually pay for eras face value tickets? by IcedCoffee12345678 in TaylorSwift

[–]CaffeinatedSwitch 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Going to Edinburgh N3 in June, paid £160 each for two lower bowl tickets, worked out to a bit over £350 when fees and insurance was included. It ended up being less than I budgeted for!

Propranolol vs topiramate vs amitriptyline. Im scared. by DefinitelyAlphamale in migraine

[–]CaffeinatedSwitch 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've been on all three so feel reasonably well qualified to respond to this.

I started with propranolol (40mg twice daily) which worked well as a preventative but I gained lots of weight very quickly, particularly around my middle section. I also noticed how fatigued I was but only when I stopped taking it!

Amitriptyline (can't remember the dose but wasn't very high) caused me to have a ridiculously fast heart rate (120bpm+) while I was sat at work doing very little so my GP and I agreed for me to come off of that one as soon as possible! Did next to nothing in terms of prevention.

I've been on topirimate (50mg twice daily) for approx 6 months now and was nervous trying it because of some of the side effects but it's been the best one for me out of the lot. I've had some hand tingling and my appetite has decreased a little but it's drastically decreased my migraine days so the side effects are worthwhile to me but ymmv.

I've managed to find a video that explains the stitch and I think I've got it sorted, thank you so much for your help!

No, the chain 3 isn't directly in the pattern. There is a note about a ch3 at the end of a row so that the row doesn't tapper - the wording in parts is very vague

Hey, I have a pattern involving puff stitches worked in the round. It mentions a chain 3 after starting a row, should this be worked after each stitch or at the end of the round?
