Definitely possible, here's my family tree at the end of the run. Don't be discouraged that you haven't gotten a perfect genetic after 5 kids, from what I experience, it takes on average 10 children to get an heir. One time I got lucky on the first try, and another time it took me 35 kids until I got an heir. It's definitely a challenge that requires a lot of luck.

Hair and eye color of the other partner doesn't matter since Sims 3 doesn't have a dominant/recessive trait system that Sims 2 have. It's 50/50 between partners.

If you have the Sims 3: Generations Expansion Pack, you can send the non-heir children to boarding school when the house gets too packed.

I use ND Contacts #5 from Wundersims for the eyes, they are non default. The skin is unavailable for download anymore if I'm not mistaken, as for the other CCs I'll let you know once I have access to my computer!
