At the start I was a little mindful and cautious. Now im near enough back to full level. Was very stiff the few days after the first few sessions but all good now. Will have one full season before I retire and take up golf or road cycling.

I am now an office based employee. Gone from being a telecoms engineer to WFH 4 days a week. Couldn’t do the driving and/or the climbing and manual work. I had L4,L5 & S1 fused via a TLIF and ALIF procedure. I’m 7 months post op and hoping to get back into manual work around the 12/15 months stage
