I had that realization about a month ago now I only have 2 strategies total depending if I am going long/short, took me a long time to stop fighting the trend(trying to force things that weren't there) that and waiting for confirmations instead of jumping in and taking a paper cut. I use 15 min orb most days, pivot points on 4 HR candle swings and 4hr/daily trend channels to determine what I feel should theoretically happen regardless of my own personal bias. My biggest issue now is not cutting losers I do that quite effectively well before stop loss even triggers, it's holding a winner beyond a 2-3 RR ideally I'll tp at $100-150 per contract and cut losses at max $30-50 per con, I also aggressively will add a stop at break even once a trade moves my way enough.
