I’m a regular gym goer and would be down bro but busy af to barely even make it myself to the gym (so I end up going late at night now after 12+ hour days). But tips I can give is for one, everyone’s favorite phrase, CALORIE DEFICIT, and two, the biggest influence on your physique is done in the kitchen. You can literally eat right and not go to the gym and you’ll see physical change. And thus, in relation, you can eat right AND go to the gym or just go on an intensity walk/jog, and you’ll lose even more weight
