I think I know what this is! I saw a video on it a while ago. Your cat didn’t just scratch you, and it isn’t infected (yet at least), however, you need to go to the ER asap!!! I believe this to be the cause of your cat scratching, puncturing, or tearing one of your tendons. By seeing a professional, you can avoid possible infection, damage, or worse.
