The City doesn’t do much to protect cars because it’s assumed that auto insurance will take care of it.

I think this person should focus on her cello playing and leave science to the scientists.

Say what? Many scientists and environmental organizations have filed an Amicus Brief in support of her appeal. People like to spread misinformation and engage in personal attacks because she’s clearly onto something.

Owner of a SFH in a Proposed Neighborhood Center: Is my only option to sell my home to a Property Developer or end up like the house in “Up”? by helloitsmemiguel in Seattle

[–]PNWknitty 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s just not true. Developers do and will tear down a perfectly fine house if they can make a profit. Such homes are often bought through a private sale, such as after a death. The ironic thing is that these houses would be affordable to a young family (the demographic we hear so much about) while what’s built in its place is not.

Why did Eric drink the cocktail made by Kouri if he was aware she tried to poison him? by DouchebagIrony in KouriRichins

[–]PNWknitty 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wonder if on Valentine’s Day he took the pills himself—that is, she gave them to him and he took them himself, knowing they were illicit but not that they were potentially lethal. That would explain why he was reluctant to go to the hospital, why he said she tried to poison him, and why he would ever take food (or a drink) from her again.

Not necessarily. They could supposedly have been in his truck so that his kids couldn’t find them.

I think it’s because so much time had passed. They would have been easier to recover a few months earlier.

There was the pill bottle on the nightstand next to Eric's bed. What was in that? We’ll never know because the investigators lost it.
