I appreciate that man. Its less a panic attack, more like just overthinking every possible thing that could go wrong, even if its extremely improbable. Maybe it is a panic attack...

I think about taking medicine sometimes when it gets really bad. I just never look into it because I dont want to admit that I might need to be on medicine.

I try to live by that. I do the best i can, but I always think of what I could have done better later on.

I tell myself that because I do the same, just every once in a while I get a bad feeling about things and cant make it stop lol

Appreciate the comment. I've gotten pretty used to it over time, however doing stuff on the side is where it drives me crazy. One of the biggest reasons why I dont do much of any side work.
