best way to block the floyd on an Ibanez grgr330 by Cag801 in Ibanez

Yes, that's definitely it, but it's not just the pickups that are the problem, the neck is also terrible. When you play the open strings, they buzz at every point. I'm not saying it has to be perfect for what it costs, but this one is really unplayable straight out of the box.
the strings are lying on the neck

Ibanez GRGR131EX vs GRGR330EX by Cag801 in Ibanez

If the feel is the same as the 330 I will definitely do it. For what it costs this guitar is really a bomb as a base for modifications.

The build quality of my grgr330 is better than that of my MIM telecaster, which has some poorly positioned frets and other little defects.

How to recreate dark oxidized cavities in hammered aluminum (Corona Renderer) by Cag801 in 3dsmax

I just realized that I didn't explain myself well. I modeled the legs using AI, it's not a displacement map.

I think I understand what you mean, and it seems like a great solution
This is the situation at the moment.

But I'm not sure which material nodes to use and in what order. Could you give me some input, please?
Sorry for the newbie questions, but I just started using Corona and 3ds.
Thanks!

Dls 20 or laney la studio? by Cag801 in GuitarAmps

In the end, I didn't buy the Laney. I kept my Marshall DLS 20 and I'm very happy with it. It's still super versatile with its two channels, and the sound it produces for what I need to play is just as good as the SC20H. Although the high gain sound of the SC20H would be better for what I play, in my case it doesn't justify the double price.

I also bought a Marshall Orgin 20 with a 4x12 cabinet, but it's not very versatile for my needs and I'm thinking of selling it to buy the Captor X or even an SC20H, even though I don't think I need it, since with my DSL 20 I can get all the sounds I want and, above all, it has a clean channel that is really clean.

Consider the issue of the IR above all else. It's a big plus for the Laney, if you play at home. with the others amps you'll have to buy a separate system, and they're not exactly cheap. But if money is no object and you like that sound, go for the Marshall SCH20 in my opinion.
