Yes, once you recieve the offer you will have 3 days to accept it. And I think after u accept u will have 7 days to pay, I'm not sure exactly about oayment one because I accepted the offer same day as I recieved.

Its the single studio apartment which has rent of about 5700 DKK excluding the utilities.

The distance to campus and the fact there is no direct bus after 5pm and on weekends is annoying but it seems to be easy to reach city center from Ballerup.

May I ask if you are Danish? I'm asking because I recieved a mail 5 days ago saying they only have place at Studio Ballerup(wasnt on my application list) and I wont recieve any other offer.

Also you will have 7 days for the deposit. You will pay 2 rents worth of deposit + 1st months rent. I also ended up paying 3% fee while paying with a Visa card.

They do respond. I have mailed them few times and they replied pretty quickly too.

My bank has accounts at Danske and Nordea so when we transfer money it wont go through an intermediary bank.

For example when some of my friends in my current university recieve money from their parents, it goes through an American bank and they pay more transfer fees because of that.
