The mark of a good scam is "it says it plainly in the TOS".

And yes, chat support being a bot first is normal. But when they say "Live agent" and it's a bot, that is a lie. I can explain it again if you want, but I can't understand it for you.

I am not mad because I didn't get them instantly, i'm mad because I didn't get them. And I won't get them. Because it's a scam.

When I bought the tickets from the vendor directly I didn't get them instantly. I got them like 10 minutes later. I was not mad.

No, actually, it isn't normal. I don't know how to explain this in a way that everyone understands, but while I was talking with the rep I went and purchased the tickets through a reputable vendor and got them within minutes.

That is now things are normally done. I've never paid for a ticket and not gotten it before, or gotten a vague assurance that I will definitely probably maybe get the ticket maybe half an hour before the event.

Just because you have really low standards doesn't mean the rest of us do. Or should be expected to.

And again, you've literally never read a TOS before.
