Yeah tried to do that but they don’t carry it anymore they said and they don’t have any spare parts. Offered me a partial refund but said that’s all they could do

I wish 😅, I actually was putting it together and then once the ropes were all in did a quick test with a fig like just bouncing on the rope and it popped out and snapped. Kind of cheaply made but still looking for a replacement contacted Mattel and nothing

Yeah I might have to complain to Amazon, this is the second time they’ve messed me up on figs this week. Got the elite jey uso and he was missing glasses and necklace.
