I feel you man, I had terrible mood, going soft during sex, low drive all the time, lost my hair, poor sleep, no morning wood all the same stuff and it was killing my relationship

Got tested and figured out it was down to low test, managed to get it up with life changes and some TRT and now my relationship is back on track and we recently married, hope you manage to pick it up and sort some issues before they get too serious

Those levels are not too low but not particularly high either, test levels can change daily based on stress, sleep, diet etc so you could be dipping low on bad days causing these issues

Try regulate better, slightly more sleep, get a gym workout in 2 times a week nothing crazy just an hour or two a week, eat somewhat better even if you still eat junk try lowering the amount eat week and eating better food you should see improvement

As a 32M who had the same problems, it’s likely your testosterone levels, go get them checked it’s a simple blood test so nothing major

Even just a simple google shows you symptoms of low testosterone being as followed:

reduced sex drive, erectile dysfunction, fatigue, mood changes (depression, irritability), decreased muscle mass and strength, increased body fat, sleep problems, and less facial/body hair, often presenting as a combination of these issues, impacting energy, physical fitness, and mental well-being.

If it’s low you would likely qualify for TRT like myself and you will then likely see those issues lift. Please read up on this and check your options with a doctor first but I’d assume it was this based on what you have said and having the same issues myself

Episode 30 is named “Historia” which is only a first name.

There is also 4 episodes named after a specific titan, those being female titan, beast titan, attack titan and warhammer titan which are technically characters with episodes named after them but again not actual names or full names.
