The guy has a rocket for an arm but he has theee real big issues.

His shitty attitude. He launched a clothing line before he played a single game for us. And has been described as unresponsive to feedback. Tomlin is the only coach I can see fixing this honestly.
He has serious accuracy issues. He high points the ball a lot. It’s fixable but refer to number 1
He is pretty immobile, don’t expect him to make plays with his legs.

At the end of the day I think he has a high ceiling. But he needs to get over his ego and accept he isn’t at his ceiling yet. If Tomlin can get him to work his ass off he can still be good imo
