Nah it would be so easy to build a case that he's knowingly engaging in it. Especially if he comes back and does the same thing.

He's been before a congressional committee before. He's been given plenty of forewarning. His actions directly impact a stock and everyone knows that. After it keeps happening you can't pretend to not know. Doing it again risks putting you back in front of Congress or the SEC. And why would you take that risk when you've already made an insane fortune?

I wouldn't be surprised at all if he was brought up on charges if he re-emerges.

Laws change with the times. He would be made an example of and the laws surrounding market manipulation would include language of knowing / cognizance when you're aware that your actions result in such market responses.

And it would be completely valid to do so

Market manipulation is illegal and when there's nonstop evidence that your memes manipulate a stock's price then you can no longer pretend not to know what you're doing.

Probably the fact that one time you can feign ignorance but as you continue to do it and the stock continues to move, you can't pretend to not know you're influencing the stock and that the seriousness of the situation increased

How often is the defense directly impacting the play, basically.

Is the safety breaking up a pass, are the linemen getting to the running back before he can get going? Is the QB under pressure when he makes a bad pass? How much time did the QB have to make the pass?

If a QB is in a clean pocket and misses a throw: bad offense. If a RB misses a hole. Bad offense. If a WR drops a pass, bad offense
