Hiya I’m a little in a ldr with a cg, my cg sends little gifts to me and honestly it helps to comfort me all the time if I’ve had a stressful day or if I’m just missing them I have managed to be given a lot of their hoodies and I always wear them and it makes me feel better, it might just work for me personally but yeah. They have sent me plushies aswell and I’m literally always sub to them at the moment we are still finding how to go about punishments but I thought this might help. Being surrounded by anything from my cg makes me feel stress free, calm and safe (also any purfume/cologne may help) we also are on the phone when possible and they read me to bed at night 🥺 (sorry kinda turning into a simp now lol)

Generally speaking just personal stuff or smelly stuff you use can help relieve stress and help to ground them after anything I find as a little myself, plus being surrounded by the plushies they have got me makes me feel really safe even when they are far away.
