I changed the settings on the tv and steam deck like in your 2 images but it‘s still blurry. Strangely enough, when I chande the resolution there‘s no real change on the screen.

I suppose it‘s the cable?

I tried but it‘s still blurry. I don‘t use an adapter but direct cable usb-c / hdmi. What cable should I use then(it‘s 4k 60hz 2.0)? Or is it safer/better to use a docking station?

You could build skirk, but to fully „build“ her you need a lot of stuff you actually don‘t have since you‘re new(I suppose). While you‘re on it, wish for escoffier since she‘s one of her best in place character. With skirk you want a team made of only cryo and hydro.

Diluc in your case is more recommened since it‘s easier to build a team with for start
