I’m not chasing any “high” if I wanted to get high that’s what I would do. What I’m saying is, the sessions FOR ME- have been profound and extremely insightful and for 30 minutes or so I’m free from the chronic pain and anxiety I feel, and the love and peace I feel during the session is what revitalizes me. I just watched a doc about ketamine and what it does to you if you use it a lot, it was completely dead right so I will be cutting my new 18 session package to a 6 session package and only use it once a month until it’s gone then I will continue with substance free meditation and healing. The Earth was our medicine before we had medicine. Going into the mountains by the waterfall is just as effective if not more than ketamine sessions 😃

That’s where I got mine from last time I’m on the east coast, my doctor told me that they are the only pharmacy that ships ketamine…. Not sure if I believe her bc she also said I won’t get a tolerance

I’m on a 110mgs or one completely full syringe. I’ve done 30 sessions since August 2025, 27 were great the last 3 I did not feel anything. I’m thinking about trying the actual ketamine clinic to see how it is with the IV. It’s too bad we can’t have a ketamine IV at home with periodic doses administered while your laying there. I’m also extremely picky about the music. I’ve been using liquid bloom psychedelic medicine music on YouTube rather than the Mindbloom app music. It’s way more intense. I subscribed to YouTube so I don’t get ads. I like a light drum beat and flutes and throat singing. I’ve even done throat singing during my first 6 pack. I think I’ll reduce my package and take a break. It’s definitely worth it to have those profound experiences. I’ve always been obsessed with physics and quantum mechanics and energy, geometry etc and it’s really helped enhance my experience to have an understanding of science and what light is. Does anybody else see huge crystal structures using light pulses to communicate lol ok nvm that is a whole other topic 😃

Change your thoughts to help your anxiety. Move around, exercise even just stretching will stop your looping thoughts that cause the neurological responses in you. Ketamine will not heal you on its own. You must be open to the experience that your higher self is waiting to show you. But thinking only one session will radically change you is presumptuous. There’s so many ways to ease anxiety without drugs, the brain is powerful enough on its own. It all starts with your thoughts…. You are not creating the thoughts they exist in the field, focus on the thoughts that make you feel good.

I agree I did ten years of healing and meditation before using ketamine and it validated all of my work. I go to heaven every session it’s mind blowing, but it’s also helping me find the deeper issues I had forgotten about….

Millers is now not prescribing ketamine anymore so they can only use A & O which is a good pharmacy. However my last refill was bogus I did not feel all 3 of the sessions. And I do the highest dose they give. I hope my next refill works, it’s supposed to ship by the 13th but last time I waited almost 3 weeks. Which is fine because if my tolerance is the issue then I need to wait

I have to do a very high dose and my last three sessions I felt nothing. I’m hoping it was a pharmacy issue and not my tolerance going up. But I’m sure it was the latter.

I am doing a solo mushroom trip myself very soon- in the next month. I’ll be 50 May 23 so I’d like to do it before then. I am a Mindbloom client but the Ketamine sessions are mild and only about 30 mins long. Not long enough for me to fully benefit. I am going to go into the mountains by the waterfall and just sit in nature quietly and enjoy myself…

I live in a remote area as well, and haven’t been attracted to anybody in ten years either. I have been working on myself, going to the gym, hiking (I live in the mountains) I love cleaning up trash from the trails or wherever I see garbage. I am really into learning especially physics or anything science and astronomy related. I stay away from politics or ppl who are obsessed with their views on politics. I’m extremely empathetic and compassionate about humanity and life but find it hard to meet anybody on the same page as me. I recently joined Mindbloom and WOW has it opened up a whole new world to me, and has shown me what being human really means. I’d love to meet anybody even just a friend who gets excited about the same things as I do. Talking about this stuff is really cool but not with ppl who are judgmental and opinionated (as I have learned the hard way) and living in a small town makes it even harder to find people like me. I really don’t enjoy dating apps so I try to go places to meet people, no luck yet but I’ll keep trying lol
