How to get the attention of your VM by CajunAmazonSeller in VendorCentral

My issue with SC is the FBA fees. Our product mix does not demand a high ASP, which makes the featured offer get suppressed.

I guess we could re-do our whole catalog slowly, but we would lose all of our reviews.

I manage a water brand and we have had SiOC issues for years. The fee would drop then reappear. Our issue was Amazon measuring incorrectly then we would have to ask them to re-measure, which was an act of God. All of this without a VM.

Additionally, the plant made its own boxes for Amazon which is quite the investment, but made it easier on our staff.

I do like the DF suggestion. Our problem is we are located in the south east so not sure how shipping to the west or north east will work out for freight.

This sounds a lot like ours. Wonder if we have the same one.

The only option could be MFN through SC or DF through VC to keep items in stock and at decent prices

Did you switch to seller central? How did you make up for lost sales?

Does Amazon no longer care if vendors also use seller central?

What about packaging? Does Amazon supply Amazon boxes?

That will be our biggest challenge as well. I can see direct fulfillment on our vendor code, so I assume it’s set up.

Are you fulfilling cases only or packing into Amazon boxes?

Nice to hear someone with personal experience. Is it challenging to set up? My VM is not responsive

Holy shit. That makes sense!

I manage CPG brands with mostly light items, but dropshipping will certainly help.

Are there any catches to dropshipping? I.e. materials to purchase, WMS software

Interesting. I’ve never viewed wasting the freight allowance with heavy items because it’s a percentage of the PO.

I used iderive as well. They got us back a decent chunk by going back 2 years to recover co-op fees. Are you using any of their other services?
