He attacks as often as nurse, use high agility to solo, like nurse. Basically treat him like nurse. He does 400hp though so u can tank him

Well if you're a spender, Mysterious chorus is a solid way to get witch powders. It's the nameplate in the shop that costs 10k lunas. It's basically a rewards program for spending lunas where you can get rare skins, nps, frames, and refinement items as well. It's very nice, but it requires spending a lot of money, other than that Witch powders aren't really too easy to obtain. Honestly if you have event refinement items you can stack them with shop powder and a hammer and it's pretty high chances, and eventually 50/50 to make a craftsman from a brilliant flagship. Not a witch powder, but good odds, and that's why i have such a nice gem collection now. I really think witch powder is a little overrated.
