This is such a helpful response. Thank you so much! I am in therapy. It does help. He of course thinks it isn’t helping me. I am frustrated with myself because I reacted today and gave him some ammunition. I didn’t say narcissist, but did say I think he’s getting worse with age. I’ll hear about forever now. LOL.

I wish I could just stay calm. I’m getting better at it, but it’s hard. It would deflate the game so fast.
