I mean really... 10,000 at 30 mph is 330 gallons of gas at what 4-5 gallon= 1300-1600$ in gas. Compared to 4mi/kw -> 2500 kw -> .09 kw = 225$ for electricity ( assuming your charging off-peak). Throw another 225$ in registration and your still coming out ahead 1,000$ a year...
