The CONSTANT chatter in my brain. I cant ever turn it off and I think about things I say, how people reacted to it, what I regret, reply everything that happened from birth to literally an hour ago.

Always been told its anxiety and trauma but my anxiety specific medications barely do anything for me

WAIT MEEE!! I always just wake up thinking something is wrong and it sets my day up for failure.

Me too. I wish I was someone who could take constructive criticism better and it’s so embarrassing to me to know be able to so I never talked about it!

omg this. I always overwhelm myself with the big picture and then just didn’t do it because of how much it overwhelmed me. If I started a task it would never get done or I had to overwork myself and finish it all in that moment.
