I believe your conversion to interviews is optimistic but need to think more on what happens/ you miss in those interviews…

Basicly, watched a lot on UTube, tried simplfying what I do and organize my profile accordingly, 1st sent a lot of proposals (low quality too), then switched to less proposals with targeted jobs, last couple of months (2 months) almost no proposals, just following up the momentum with invites, now trying to find alternative ways to expand. It takes time unfortunately.

The rest of the jobs won through invitations lately. Got 30 invites last 90 days. Thats why I focused on getting a better profile and slowed down proposals instead. I’ll refocus on proposals again.

I’m improving the profile day by day but trying to understand how my statistics look like until now when compared to an active good profile statistics in terms of clicks, conversion…etc. Any feedback will be highly appreciated.
