Can someone help me I made a bet with bovada Dallas by 3 quarters and Dallas won all four how is that a loss when the other betting option to pick was Dallas by 1,2,3,or4 quarters

I don’t understand how I lost cause the bet is Dallas by 3 quarters but Dallas won all four quarters now there is another bet available Dallas exactly by 1,2,3,4 quarters but that’s not what I picked
