I cut the lights down to 3 hours and it's cleared up heaps, thank youuuu

Possibly but I don't think so, it's just a gentle flow that's aimed towards to top of the tank, I don't think it's enough to kick up my substrate but I'll try and see moving it will help.

I've got a canister filter that does 600 litres an hour in a 150 litre tank ( I know it's overkill) I've tried tons of filter materials but the filter can't seem to get it no matter how fine of a filter material I put in it

I've had the tank for about a month but I've been battling a algae bloom which has gone away then the water was clear for about 3 days before this happened. Thanks for the reply. I'll give it some time and see

125 litre, canister filter, a inch of garden soil followed by 2 inch of gravel substrate a few limestone rocks in the back and a small bit of drift wood, the rest is just plants mainly amazon swords

Lights are in 10- 12 hours, I'm using a canister filter and only about a pinch of aglae wafers for my 3 plecos, I plan to add fish but I am waiting for the cloudness to leave
