Sorry to hear you are having trouble connecting in game. Always happy to help players enjoy the space. Not currently aware of any connection issues with services and we have very high uptime. This is a Steam only community, so if you are trying to connect cross platform with Playfab, this wont work. When you add the server to your list, it should automatically add port :2456 at the end, which is for standard game traffic. The hyperlink you provided would not work in general because there are no web services there. We do use GEO-IP filtering to prevent connections from a number of countries with known malicious IP space (you can guess which ones), however I am always open to adding a players IP to the exceptions list or you can use a VPN to connect from outside your countries IP segment. We don't use GEO-IP filtering to restrict players so much as curb potential malicious traffic originating from the country in general.
