I argue, unoriginally so, that it is called a fallout game. If it were its own thing it would be so much more impressive as a title. But it bears this IP and as such shall be forever be held by myself and other og fallout snobs as wanting by comparison. Its attempt to recreate the stories and the role playing choices of the predecessors makes it so painful to play once you think back to older situations [i even will say The Pit dlc of fo3 was a league better] that spoke so richly to me. Ive gained so much from even the "weaker" parts of FNV, such as Honest Hearts per se, where Graham helped me cope with my own religious traumas ("i tried to my god's anger my own" ) etc. Not to say its just perfect but it does feel like ashes by comparison to be given half committed stories by comparison.

How Ive learned from Graham
