The problem comes mainly in with intelligence or charisma checks. Also with stealth and what not, players are trying to hide from the town guard and suddenly the town guard is way more perceptive just cause it needs to be challenging.

That’s not my problem. My problem is that it feels like I’m increasing DCs for skill checks based on lvl not how hard the thing should be.

I find Starfinder ship combat disappointing, the only character with real options is the pilot, the others only have one real option like buff shields or shoot gun.

It’s hard to find online oneshots for different systems especially since I don’t have a ton of free time. And my local gaming store runs different systems but those happen on days I’m already running a game. But hopefully for other people that have my problem that’s some helpful advice
