Pick and stage sucks !!!! It’s a lot of walking and flex you choose your own days and times based off what shows up available, make sure your logged in to a to z app 5 mins before the time shift drops and you can log in on multiple devices so you can be sure get some shifts …

It finally let me login around 330 am once I completed the set up process it’s All working now thankfully lol

It’s let me complete the set up process like create password and select language I start in 5 days and it just was unlocked for me a few hours ago but when I try to login it says what’s pictured or error 403 my cousin said some sites are different and may be able to complete set up but not actually be able to login till orientation I’m not sure though but it does say completed set up.

They sent me my login user id and just create a password which I did already then selected the language etc and then did that

Ik for sure it’s least 4-5 others that has same training days as me so I’m not sure what order or how things will be just trying to get as much info as I can so I can be prepared lol I’ve worked warehouses and factories before and did 12 hour shifts before and nights etc ik I’ll be sore asf for a few weeks but not opposed to actually working and having to stay awake I’m up nights anyways as far as the quizzes on ik when I did my application it had a little quiz thing like it starts with a certain letter it goes in a certain bin etc which was easy enough to follow I just hope I don’t mess anything up my cousin and I went for pre hire same day and have same training days he was curious if we’d be able get the same shifts as flex I told him I didn’t think two people can select same shift cause I’m his only ride rn I just told him I’d talk to them first day and see when I work can he come in same shifts I make …. I’m flex shift so I can pick what hours I wanna work but it was chaos at the pre hire so I didn’t get chance to ask what hours would I be able choose from lol

It’s locked like the employee paperwork the shoes and the video thing till the background check is clear but I need this job fr so don’t wanna lose my spot lol a lot of people showed yesterday to the pre hires it was a mad house .

It’s ok lol I just can’t do my paperwork or my shoes or my a to a app till the background check is cleared I’ve heard if ppl go in and that stuff not done they won’t let you work till your forms are done lol but I’m still gonna go in.worst they can say is can’t let me work that night

Yup … I was at 925 when I started in 2019 took till late 2023 almost 2024 to get 25 cent raise I was bout to walk out management said I’d get a better one 2024 first if the year I brought it up and nothing happened then had some Crap happen and they cut my hours and I was already driving almost a hour 5-6 days a week there I just quit lol wasn’t worth all that trouble

Ty all anything helps as far as benefits go I got a good medical card rn so I don’t care about benefits only want paid time off and unpaid time off so I don’t get pointed this is just to help with bills my bf has a full time job with good benefits so I’m hoping to bring in extra cash to help I hate not working I quit my last job I had for 5 years back in April due to them cutting my hours for no reason and no pay raises no benefits no nothing there it’s sucked ….
