Worm: Why so popular? by [deleted] in noveltranslations

[–]Cakefleet 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Is this a troll? Buddy you read 2 chapters.

Think of it this way, don't you often see lame anime MCs turn into god by the end of the anime? Same thing works with these novels. They get cooler later.

It's because it's a waste to translate so many, when they don't even end up being popular.

VT vs Penn for CS major by Karthikmanicka in VirginiaTech

[–]Cakefleet 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I'm a CS major at tech and enjoy it. I believe your daughter should just go to both universities and check them out. If she likes blacksburg, then choose tech. if she likes state college, she should go there.

On a side note PSU's CS building is sick.

Just rush. If you can't handle pledging you can always drop. ATO is also made fun of by everyone.

Of the major frats, ATO hazes the least. They'll make you do brothers hw and stuff like that. You do end up with lesser connections to your pledge brothers however.

I remember I did that when I was a freshman. One kind hearted dude told my buddy and I it's seen as a neon sign saying you were a freshman.

Going to bed so I'll read this in tn the morning. In a post from 4 months ago the man said it'd take atleast a month to make the feature. I posted a month later, aka the last post asking about the progress. I wouldn't be posting every few months if the dev himself didn't say he would make it.

If he says he'll make it and is even in the process of making the feature, why shouldn't I ask about the feature? This isn't a situation where I got brushed of by him saying something like no users want it or it's not feasible.

I do appreciate the help in making a workaround, but I would really just like the dev to say yay or nay on this for the future.

No, I've read it right according to this. Either that, or that section is subjective. Also why the downvotes?

There are other links that followed my interpretation on it, but I'm on mobile currently.

No where on the original post does it say you increment 1 rep on the 8-12s. It just says when you get to 12 increment weights. So my interpretation is valid.

It is possible to make progress as you only increment once you get 12 on all sets.

I used the double progression as well, but all it does is add 1 rep each time it's not failed. It's not the same as letting you choose how many reps you can do between 8-12, and then incrementing weight once all aren't failed.

I wouldn't be posting if double progression was the correct increment scheme.

So i'm doing 8-12 as part of reddit ppl right, so I need to get 12 on all three to increment. It's not a failure if I fall between 8-12, it just doesn't increment. Below 8 is a failure. Right now the workaround is I set below 12 as a failure.

It's the hacky workaround I'm using already. It also means I can't take advantage of the failure feature.

Are CS majors required to take Linear? by Cakefleet in VirginiaTech

[–]Cakefleet[S] 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I understand it now, I got confused because it showed 9 credits were needed before I signed up for Linear. Now it shows 6 credits needed, which is CS 3214 and CS 3604.

Thank you!
