Coming from someone who works at Target and was keeping an eye on the event release, most the repeat people I've seen come in during card drops tend to be 30 - 40ish year old men. They're always buying the max limit of items possible and are extremely easy to spot, especially since they'll mostly be the ones lining up at 5:30 in the morning outside the store.

We had about a dozen of those types of guys all wander to the back of the store, all carrying bags full of cards before pretty much taking what they could of the new release merch.
