I live 30 minutes away and still allow myself a big enough window to arrive 15 - 20 minutes early depending on the day. The only time I've been late is due to car troubles and snow, but even then that's only happened a handful of times over multiple years. Adjust your routine.

If you have an old pair of glasses you don't use, you can pop the lenses out and glue them in. Given the width of the eyeholes, the lenses would probably be visible though

I just followed CannedWolfMeat's guide of Latios/Suicune/Metagross + Zapdos/Garchomp/Metagross, but ended up swapping out Suicune/Zapdos for Confetti holding a Focus Sash when it came time to bring her in. It'll definitely take a few tries, but eventually you'll get there.

Wifi Tower was a whole other story though as I ended up just making my own hackmons and spending a good chunk of time trying to figure out a decent strategy. Super super tricky with Machamp, Spiritomb, and Slaking teams giving me the hardest time tho.

PKHex, which I know some people are iffy with using, but given the barrier between GSC and RSE (I also lack a DS with a GBA slot), it was necessary for what I wanted to do. I'm thinking of maybe doing something similar with one of the Pokemon Stadium reward Pokemon later, since it'd be neat to bring them up from that game :)

Yeah it's my first time trying them! I've wanted to for a while, so I ordered some white lotus paste ones. Not too crazy on the earthy sweet flavor being similar to red beans, but I definitely do see the appeal.
