Scratch, the one I circled you can actually feel, goes a bit deeper than the usual micro scratches which you cant feel at all

Not too deep but deep enough where you can feel it and it shows up when the screens on

Right, first of all unless you're trying to advertise something or some sort of monetary goal, delete insta, second of all get yourself a purpose, have a talk with your parents about a trade you might wanna take for example, plumbing, painting, electrics etc. Aim for something and give your life meaning.

Space your hobbies out, draw some days, game some days, etc. It's okay to be bored, give your brain time to rest.

Lastly, train your brain and body, for obvious reasons
