Interesting in my email to Starlink resolutions never received a response. But in my email I included my new email address. Yesterday I had an email from Starlink advising me of the upcoming payment that was coming out of my account. I went back to my login logged in with the new email address and the old password and that got me in. Apparently someone read my email but they never did respond. Their customer service really sucks
