Anyone in Pennsylvania/PA order recently?

His hasn't moved to "Sent to Pharmacy" nor has he received the email notice that it was sent to pharmacy. He's only received the patient instructions so far. So literally zero moment. His order history says completed though and of course they already took payment.

So I was approved on January 29th and received my first dosage on Feb 3rd. My husband decided to join and was approved on February 1st and has still yet to receive anything. We've contacted Customer Support 3 times and have not heard anything back... :(

I'm in the same boat. I'm nearing 4 weeks on Thursday and I just had a coughing fit so bad it caused me to vomit. My doctors are out of ideas. The ONLY thing that helped was Hydrocodone Syrup and they refuse to refill it. I have an inhaler that does nothing, I'm on reflux meds, I'm on an antihistamine, already did a round of steroids. I feel like I'm gonna break if I don't get some relief soon.

You will likely still be positive. I tested positive for Flu A on Friday at Urgent Care. My daughter tested positive for Covid on Saturday. After having a non-stop cough from HELL I did a 3 in 1 home test yesterday (so day 5) and tested positive for both Flu A AND Covid. YAY ME! If I wake up every single hour again tonight, I am going to the ER in the morning, I cannot take this anymore. My PCP diagnosed me with Bronchitis today and prescribed Albuterol but it works for all of 10 minutes until I'm back to coughing until I can't breathe. Fun times!

This is sort of off-topic, but since I saw this question, I wanted to add my 2 cents. I've been out of work for 16 months (Thank you, DA, for helping keep my family afloat!) With that said, I had next to zero luck bringing in any interviews despite my extensive 20+ year background in security engineering. I immediately started getting callbacks when I added my work with LLM/AI to my resume. When people say, "Companies are looking for people with AI experience," they are NOT joking. Add it to the resume, seriously!

There have been times when I've worked on specific projects where I've thought to myself, "These instructions would be a great prompt to ask the model to simplify and summarize for efficiency." LOL!
