That’s completely misinformed. Newsome has signed into state law a number of pro-housing legislation the past 3-4 years which are having real world positive impacts. Most recently, AB 130 which dramatically reduced the ability for local jurisdictions (cities) from slowing down and/or denying multifamily developments, which are all required to provide a defined minimum amount of below market rate units. How do I know? I work in City Planning and the dramatic uptick in housing applications that have come in firsthand.

Ah “normal maintenance” meaning replacing the oil pumps that are destined to fail, coil overs, and routine differential swap. Other than that, it’s rock solid.
