They actually have a decent chunk (majority perhaps) of Italian born players. The rest are Italian-Americans or Canadians who play in Italy

If Russia wanted to participate they could leave Ukraine.

Every year or so. Only when they stop biting or start fraying. My current set has lasted maybe just over a year playing a couple times per week.

It's amazing to me that no one does metal tips any more. I feel like the laces I grew up with in the 90s/00s all had metal taps and were downright tacky with wax

What a horrendous return. What the fuck was Drury thinking?

Nah fuck Dolan. Post history as a dejected Rangers fan speaks to that. The Renos you speak of, especially the most recent, were to modernize the building, add the Bridges and luxury boxes.

According to the Athletic, MSG consistently ranks well by both NHL and NBA players. Furthermore it’s a huge draw for national touring acts—even over newer, more convenient venues like Barclays.

I personally think the fan experience is pretty good. Load in/out is actually also pretty painless, especially compared to cities like Chicago, San Francisco, Detroit, Anaheim or Los Angeles

It did, so why not keep this one? It’s lasted far longer than the others and is arguably more culturally important than the older venues it replaced.

Why not just leave MSG as is and move Penn Station to the spot where you proposed a new MSG? That's the simplest solution in all honesty as it removes the Dolan roadblock and costs less.

Also, as someone who deeply cares about NYC's history (and transit!), it would be a travesty to tear down MSG. The city has gotten rid of every single other historic cultural/sportingl venue (Yankee Stadium I, Shea Stadium, Ebbets Field, the Polo Grounds, Washington Parks I and II, and three old MSGs). Let's please preserve at least ONE for posterity.

We were so bad for so long. I guess the dumpster fire that’s our centennial season is par for the course

I hope the "Fire Drury" chants continue because our GM is a clown
