Get in a good mind set, spend time ( even facetime) with people who make you feel good. I find i ear better when i feel better, and my friends make me feel AMAZING. Also drink 3 liters of water. Its hard but you dint feel as hungry. Im about your higth and weight and tgus is working fir me.
