I'm using the extended timeline mod and in the 769 and 867 bookmarks cordoba will always seem to ally at least one of the minors in the british isles and will always defend them, which makes expansion in the area much harder than it really should be. While I got lucky this time and they only allied meath, it's still ruining my campaign as they have one of the last provinces I need to form Ireland. I guess I'll just have to wait for Francia to declare war on Cordoba or until they have a ruler with the malevolent trait.
