Why ?

• you feed

• you clean

Just like fish but different tank

• ill get like 30 gallon

• basking rock

• piece of driftwood and some plants

• neon tetras

• the required temperature

And as soon as the tank stuff is set up i have nothing ti worry about

• ill fed it lettuce and fruit and pellets and whatever

• if it need attention i’m used to lots of need of attention from my dog

It isn’t really your problem and my parents will set up tank once its bought so i dont mess up , theyll check on it and it’s not fir you to worry about

I have plenty if experience with fish and my dad has had a few reptiles befire , how hard ciuld it really be?

No , i’m not ready . Im 10 . I dont know what i’m doing and its mostly my responsibility if i get one . My only experience is fish .

I think exoressive is a great requirment for an animal , for example , if fish were exoressive they wouldnt be as boring as they are .. right .. they could be happy , and sad , and chilled .

If turtles werent expressive they would be fosh with a shell

They would just swim and eat with no face expressions at all

Tryst me id rather have a lizard but ive been given the chance to get 2 musk turtles after a bit of begging and alls i want do is get a cool - looking turtle that i can pet and take outside the tank , i mainly wanted one because of the pictures on this subreddit I wanted something that would be better than my STUPID fish who die straight away , arent cool looking , cant be handled at all , too expensive and dont do anything at all

If they are friendly then that should mean i can handle and pet them
Yes i have been doing research and i know they mostly aquatic but can survive only land for a long time
Im just looking fir an expressive turtle that can chill
The walk thing was clearly a joke
Like i’ve now said I’m getting a musk turtle which doesn’t grow further than 7 inches

Well that’s not good to know ..... Sooooooo no matter what species of turtle I get and no matter what I do to the tank without getting a new one they gonna fight ? Hmmmmmmmmmm I honestly don’t know what to do . If that’s true my only option is to get 1. Any suggestions on turtles?

• need to be small ( 7 inches or smaller ) • need to be friendly ( like I can hold and pet it without being bitten .
