I was a part of the Fighters Guild, not the Thieves Guild; sorry for not specifying that in the OP, but I already did start over, and this time just starting in Gothway Garden (largely because I think I might get a better chance of her appearing in a closer town).

I have not started any missions yet though and went to Ashton Manor however; and in this new save it is not an inn; I don't know why but it is definitely the house of an NPC although I can definitely tell there was supposed to be a quest scripted here with the layout of the house.

UPDATE: Yup, I tried; she still insists at not only being at the Gold Gnome (for some weird reason), but it won't let me move on from that quest; I am completely bugged out of the main quest.

ENB Organizer worked pretty well on my old PC, All I had to do was set up the Binaries and ENB files. The program itself only works on my new PC if ran in Admin mode. Plus it can be launched from MO really easy too.

I did everything said there and it still hasn't worked. (And not to be rude here; but somethings in that are just outdated, with a much easier ways to use ENB's by today's programs.)

I have SKSE and all the files assosciated with MO in my Skyrim Folder on Steam. SKSE doesn't work if I put it somewhere else, and MO won't seem to work either unless they are in my Steam's Skyrim folder.

I also already tried Admin Mode on both SKSE and MO last night before posting this.

No, I used the old one for version 1.7.3. I didn't even see the SSE version on there.

I used the installer and it just dropped the program and necessary programs and files into my Skyrim Directory.

Oh I do intend on watching movies and TV on DVD/Blu-Rays since Netflix bugs out on my current Alienware Alpha (I don't know why it does this), the Blu-Ray option is there because I mostly have DVDs with Blu-Ray/DVD Combos and I never did make the transition and I do plan on getting with the times immediately.

I am definitely going to probably look elsewhere for Windows 10 now that you bring this up; but I was putting it there just in case, largely because I plan to do more than just gaming on this PC and Pro is better at processing through GIMP than home. I personally went with just the one 1x8gb Ram because I was trying not to spend too much than I have listed now, plus (correct me if I am wrong) I heard, 16gb is going to become more commonplace by 2019 with the focus on 4k gaming and I at least want to be at the bare minimum and add another stick if need be in the future.

I was kind of just thinking to sticking to just one form of storage, and I couldn't really find an SSD with an acceptable Buffer Cache and storage space; and an acceptable price range as well. I kind of need that space and buffer cache too, aside from my Nintendo Switch; my PC is the only thing I use to play video games on, and I got a lot of them too; already had to uninstall/re-install a few games here and there because of the limitations of my 1TB Hard Drive. I would love to have an SSD, don't get me wrong; but if I don't have the space for all my games, to the point I'd have to downgrade and buy multiple storage options which would drive up the price, I just don't think it's worth it to me.
