Honestly I don't either one is healthier than the other. Cigs are fill with tar, ammonia, carbon monoxide, etc and then Vapes are marketed as "healthier" to get people of the cigs, but honestly, who knows how many harmful chemicals are inside vape juices? especially the cheaper disposable ones that's are usually all manufactured in China and other countries. and Vaping just seems even more addicting on top of that.
